Police try to cover their inproper behaviour, they disregard all the complaint nuisance for the whole village as you can see in the account attached. Therefore, crimes appear only on the complainant since 2002. Police help police and encourage the villagers to commit crimes against one neighbour. Complaints make to CAPO without any result (as local newspapers reported that the organization actually is helping police to escape from being complained, not to help citizen). A few newspapers didn't find out the truth and report only false stories. Gov't staff try to help these villagers in order not to do any work. Gov't staff help these villagers who never pay tax and contribute to the society as long as they live. We don't know why we need to pay tax to raise the police who didn't protect victims. They really want her to hurt others and let victim die then they do the case and get promoted. Police don't bother people's lives at all. They even show impatient and impolite to those complainants who make more than one reporters.
